What if I lose my key card or am locked out?
If a resident loses, misplaces or leaves their keys elsewhere and needs access to their unit, personnel is able to unlock their door for a fee. If the representative does not know the person, she/he will be required to provide valid ID.

 

Who manages Fulton Place?
Fulton Place is managed by Rockford Construction’s professional property management team,¬†including on-site staff during the day on weekdays. You can also email or call our team 24/7.

 

What type of security is in place?
Each resident is provided with a secure access card to enter the building and their unit. Additionally, security cameras are installed throughout the community.

 

Does Fulton Place have quiet hours?
Yes, courtesy hours are in effect 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and quite hours are from 11:00 pm – 8:00 am 7 days a week.
