Great price for the location! Utilities are set at a low fixed rate, which is an awesome bonus. The maintenance team responds super quickly and takes care of any issue you might have. On top of all that, it's a pet-friendly complex. Management is super friendly and quick to help you with anything you might need. Love it here!

Living at Fulton Place has been a great experience. It is especially handy, being a student, that it is located so close to GVSU. I am easily able to walk to classes. The building manager is very accommodating. She will work to make sure that any issue is resolved quickly. I plan on living here for the foreseeable future and recommend it to any student who has classes downtown!
